Digital Intelligence

In a digital environment characterised by an infinite number of facts and figures, intelligence is what makes all the difference. Intelligence involves the ability to seek, analyse and understand relevant information in complex environments and act on the basis of that information. Our team of analysts and strategic planners carries out qualitative and quantitative research, online reputation analysis, campaign tracking and brand monitoring, social listening dashboard development, social media conversation analysis, digital media planification, competitor analysis and benchmarking, and more.

We also offer a special service called Trendswatching, where we provide periodic reports on the latest technological trends and digital tools applicable to the industry and business of our customers.


Branded Content

We believe in replacing the advertising message with entertainment. Our branded content service takes advantage of all the channels, media and territories where our clients do business, in order to create relevant content that builds brand awareness and grows audiences. Rather than playing the role of spokesperson delivering a message, it’s about linking a brand to an experience.

We advise our customers on the best branded content strategy, and then produce that content, usually in audiovisual or editorial format. We also develop posting policies, digital identity guides, crisis communications manuals, and content guidelines for social media networks and blogs.

Digital Production

At Social Noise we have a digital design and development department made up of programmers, designers, engineers and project managers. Our team specialises in complex projects in digital environments with a focus on User Experience (UX).

The development services we offer include web-based projects (online shops, web pages, landing pages, microsites, web platforms, etc.) as well as those designed for mobile devices (phones and tablets), social platforms (social networking applications) and even smart TVs.


Audiovisual Production

At Social Noise, we have our own audiovisual production company – Visual Noise – which forms an integrated part our team. It is made up of filmmakers, photographers and editors with 3D modelling skills. This team relies on creative resources as well as research, communications, and development tools and techniques. We also have an extensive pool of trusted technical and artistic professionals who we collaborate with depending on the needs of each production.

We have a team of eCommerce specialists who help our customers define a solid business strategy and create and maintain online stores. The goal of our work is to meet our customer’s eCommerce needs in four main areas: consulting, development, marketing and analysis.

In addition, we devise a Social CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy and offer a set of services, techniques and technologies that allow companies to better understand members of their communities and connect with them in a targeted way through social media.

Digital PR

Digital PR services and Influence Marketing are offered through our department specialised in managing the relationship that celebrities and influencers have with our customers’ brands. We help link brands to key online influencers (bloggers, Tweeters, Instagrammers, YouTubers, etc.) whose characteristics are aligned with the brand. We negotiate with the influencers, develop creative campaigns, oversee campaign execution and analyse the results – in real time if necessary. We have extensive experience in areas such as music, fashion, sports, travel and entertainment.

Social Noise has also developed its own Digital PR management platform, NOISR, which we license to clients who wish to use it. NOISR is a web platform designed for planning, managing and measuring digital PR campaigns in real time. It magnifies a campaign’s impact, instilling loyalty among influencers and turning them into brand ambassadors.

Innovative Solutions

At Social Noise, we have developed a line of Live Engagement products using Guud, an innovative real-time big data processor. These products examine massive amounts of data from dialogues taking place on open platforms (e.g. Twitter) to offer information, raise alerts or enable an interaction with the audience in real time (e.g. second screen). We offer data visualisation in different formats: real-time social listening dashboards with KPIs determined in advance with the customer, layers overlaid on streaming players, dynamic web-based infographics, real-time survey or poll charts, etc. Live Engagement services are particularly relevant for brands that are exposed to real-time social media dialogue: sponsored events, major sporting or musical events, television and radio programmes, conventions and conferences, etc.

We also offer Retail Marketing services using geopositioning technologies and inter-device communication technologies (NFC, RFID, iBeacon, etc.) that allow us to connect with shoppers in brick and mortar shops (or nearby), thus enhancing consumer experience, and ultimately increasing sales. From the introduction of in-store social WiFi to location-based marketing projects, we help our customers in the digital branding of their offline business in an innovative and extraordinary way.



Nomadia is our training division that offers both training for B2B and B2C businesses to gain specialised digital skills and innovation consulting for talent management. Nomadia also offers employer branding and personal branding expertise for a digital world.

"El Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo apoya el Proyecto ​​SOCIAL BRAIN, dentro de la convocatoria Acción Estratégica de Economía y Sociedad Digital ​2​/2014"

​El Proyecto Social Brain es un desarrollo experimental que consiste en la construcción de una plataforma de inteligencia basada en la recopilación, filtrado y procesamiento semántico, en tiempo real, de grandes volúmenes de datos (Big Data) procedentes de entornos sociales y fuentes libres y la elaboración de predicciones también en tiempo real. Estas predicciones se realizan sin necesidad de supervisión o control por parte del usuario y se pueden integrar en aplicaciones de terceros para su gestión posterior.

El Proyecto ha sido cofinanciado por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo dentro del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2013-2016, en la Acción Estratégica en Economía y Sociedad Digital, Convocatoria 2​/2014, mediante el Expediente TSI-10010​​5​​-2014-​​205​
